Escape Restraint Uses

  1. Use for fullness of the abdomen and chest, belching, vomiting, acid regurgitation and indigestion, flatulence
  2. Addresses peptic ulcers, gastritis, cholecystitis, intercostal neuralgia
  3. May be used for restlessness; stress and anxiety especially if there is poor digestion, bloating, belching, nausea

TCM Effects

Circulates Qi, blood
Dries dampness (mucus and phlegm)
Clears heat
Reduces food stagnation
Soothes the liver and resolves constraint

Dosage

2 to 3 capsules 3 times daily, between meals
90 capsules

For heartburn, reflux and GERD, take one Enteromend 3x daily before meals and 2-3 Escape Restraint 2x daily between meals.
