Weight issues are a symptom. In this Program you will get to the root causes and transform them. They are rooted in body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Willpower, sacrifice, deprivation, and drugs are NOT part of good health or my Holistic approach. Long-term success in losing weight comes from identifying the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual causes, and learning and implementing the tools for transforming them.
This Program is not another trendy diet nor is it a one-size-fits-all approach. It is meant to free you from the bondage of dieting. You’ll receive all the foundational tools you need to create a healthy, fit body and mind. It is not my intention to strengthen your ability to “diet”.
You are going to get far more than weight loss from this Program. Health issues will resolve; energy, digestion, and sleep will improve; and you’ll experience clearer thinking and greater emotional harmony.

Included are body and personality-type self-assessments, nutrition, lifestyle and attitudinal recommendations, self-awareness exercises, and more.
