Shen Gem Uses

  1. Treats insomnia, nervousness, and anxiety accompanied by palpitations, fatigue, poor appetite, pallor, dry skin, excessive sweating, and loss of memory
  2. Consider as a long term formula for people with immune disorders, chronic fatigue and chronic pain

TCM Effects

Vitalizes heart blood
Tonifies spleen and heart qi and blood
Calms shen

Dosage

3 to 4 capsules, 3x daily, between meals

Contraindications: Warming, tonic herbs not suitable for insomnia or agitation caused by heat conditions, i.e. red face, agitated, robust appearance
