        A TeleClass is a conference call, like a chat line. Registrants call a regular phone number in the United States at a specified class time, and you are welcomed by the TeleClass Leader.  A TeleClass includes presentation of the concepts, discussion, and some questions with class notes sent to you via email.  Teleclasses are highly interactive and the flow works well. You can listen and absorb and/or engage in the discussion. You can always ask questions of the TeleClass Leader. Most TeleClass sessions last an hour. Some meet one time only, others meet for  multiple sessions.  All you need is a phone and email address.

A Webinar is an interactive presentation, workshop or seminar that is transmitted over the web--a way to attend a seminar without leaving home.  You can hear the presentation and see the seminar slides on your computer, or you can listen from your phone.  Webinars allow presenter and audience members to give, receive and discuss information.

Understanding Cravings and Addictions  

Have you seen the commercial where the frustrated (and very convincing) actress exclaims she's tried everything--dieting, exercise and pills--to contain her hunger, yet nothing worked.  She goes on to convince you that risky and invasive surgery is the answer.
